SellTrac does not connect to your social media accounts. You copy the text yourself and paste it in, so it works with any platform where you can select and copy comments or order messages.

Which social media platforms does it work with?
Any platform where you can select and copy the comments or order messages as text. SellTrac reads the text you paste; it does not connect to your social media accounts.
What should customers write in their comment?
Just the quantity they want, for example "2" or "2 amethyst". SellTrac uses the customer's name and the quantity, and the product you chose for the sale.
What happens to "Like", "Reply" and badges like "Top fan"?
They are skipped. You can copy the comments as they are without cleaning them up first.
Can I check the orders before invoices are created?
Yes. After pasting you see each customer with their quantity before they are added, and the invoice form stays editable until you save it.
Do new customers need an account?
No. A name SellTrac doesn't know yet is added to your customer list, and the customer pays from the invoice link without signing up.
